FF13 seems to lack everything.

I actually never noticed if it rumbles or not.

Agreed. It lacks quite a lot. I never really noticed a lack or rumble, though. Guess I was too busy pawning everything in site.

I've never noticed any rumble and I'm UK and I think it's for the better, vibration doesn't add anything to a game for me, just makes me put the controller down when it gets too strong. It's not tooo bad with the dualshock but it can be awful on the X360 pad.

Well then there seems to be a problem nobody seems to care or know about. i like to have rumble when playing games and on the back cover of the game box it shows clearly the vibration icon.. but hey what can you do contact square-enix.. i dont think its that important i'll enjoy playin the game, i'd just like to get to the bottom of this

I can't notice the rumble unless I'm feeling for it. I'm trying to remember... I think it rumbles for sure when you stagger an opponent? I know it doesn't do anything during cutscenes though.

You know now that I think of it I do notice a bit of a rumble when Snow punches an enemy, because I remember thinking, "Wow. A punching character who actually packs a punch." Yeah, Tifa, Zell, Amarant.... Eat your heart out. :P

Rumble always made Final Fantasy games for me. When it starts rumbling wildly, you just know something baaaaaad is coming. Then a huge monster appears on the screen and it keeps rumbling for a minute or so, just to show you badass it is. Awesome!
