both center around the same theme or themes. but completely diff chars and story line. its XIII and versus XIII.
XIII is i believe FFX team and Versus is Kingdom Hearts combined with Advent Children team so itll own(not as much as ff7 though) the main in versus has somewhat similar clothin characteristics like cloud in AC

No it's not, where did you hear that?? Versus XIII is being made by the Advent Children and Kingdom Hearts teams. There will be no MMORPG elements in the game at all.

whoa... slow down there with your misleading information. FF13 will be the RPG that we all know and love and FF Versus 13 is an action RPG. Tetsuya Nomura is handling the game design and the character design for Versus as he did for Kingdom Hearts so I'm expecting the battle system to be similar too.
