Hmm...yeah, that would be pretty cool.

Not sure if SE would fit everything in there, like Blitzball.

Translation: Any of the Final Fantasy games that are available for either the Playstation or Playstation 2 would be a welcome addition to the PSP library.

It's too linear, the combat is boring and tedious, leveling is an affair that is as boring as the combat, I find myself unable to care for the main character because he/she/it is so damn annoying, and to top it all off, people actually buy this crap.

Am I the only one who liked bliztball?  I thought it was a good diversion from the main story.  I liked the battles system, but leveling up with the sphere grid felt sometimes tricky to me.  My main beef with the game was the training center place, with ever hybrid monster being impossible to defeat.  If they released this on psp, I would buy it to just to level grind and kill everything in training center. :x

I would have liked Blitzball more if it was real-time...it would have felt more like an actual sport then.

nah blitzball was quality. but it got a bit repetitive. FFX would be awesome on the psp, they might have problems fitting it all on a umd, cause of the amounts of cut scenes in it. they could tone it down a bit though. itd be an awesome game to have though. i still think they shouldve released FF12 on the psp aswell as the ps2. anyone agree?

FF12 is okay...wouldnt buy it for psp though. Because that'd have to lower quality and things taken out.

It's too bad people think of FFX as an example of what an RPG should be, because there are so much better, KOTOR, Morrowind, and Oblivion beign a few examples.

Create a poll about it. I garuntee i'll be right. And for your information, most people consider FFX's battle system to be the best in the series. Much better than the fast-paced, mindless ATB system found in FFVII and other FF's.

Fighting from a menu is in no way exciting.  The combat is boring, and repeats itself ad nauseum.

Maybe, but it requires you to think plan your moves unlike FFVII's battle system where you could basically mash the x button without thinking twice about. Overall. any 5 year old could use FFVII's battle system and get along fine. It takes a mature thinker to suceed in FFX. (OOOOOO BURRRRRRRRNED!!!!)

The CTB battle system does require more strategy, but the ATB system wasn't bad or easy to use  Since enemies could attack when it was your turn, there was more pressure, so you had to think quickly for games like FF7, 8, and 9.  I also highly doubt a 5 year old could beat FF7 with ease.  I actually just remembered how much of a joke FFX's final boss is compared to the ones in FF7,8 and 9.

My 5 yrs. old cousin beat it in 6 days. And just because the final boss in FFX was a joke compared to other final bosses, doesn't mean that the battle system is to blame. And the only reason those bosses were hard is because the battle systems you had to use to defeat them were so flawed. Put the CTB battle system into any of those fights and I bet it would drastically decrease the difficulty of them.

I know there wasn't as much strategy available to you with the ctb system compared to the atb system, but how was is flawed?  There was never a time when I played those games that I thought, hey, this battle system sucks. I enjoyed the high difficulty, which is one of the reasons I've played all of games more than once.  I'm not saying FFX is bad game because I really enjoyed it, but I definitely don't think FF7 is one either.  Do you think is would still be as popular as it is today(even more than FFX), if the battle system was gimped?
