When they stomp how much damage do they do exactly? (Without any resistance accessories) Both Long Gui's and Shaolong Gui'sYa, they are pretty damn hard. I would recommend maxing things before attempting.

Beat the game before you attempt fighting them, then from there, just start off the fights with all charcters (or any of them) as sentinels. You'll know whether or not you stand a chance from there...
Personally, I five-starred all the missions (except the last guy) before I took them on and was able to beat the long gui using summons and the shaolong gui's using other startegies. My characters weren't even close to being all the way maxed out before I could take them on.

Without resistances and without having a full team of sentinels I'm pretty sure its gonna kill you. I always have protect on and physical resistances accessories when fighting them..

1 stomp without switching to 3x sents will do around 10k damage.
They are not that hard, just only one way to kill them really. Enfire will literally double your damage, and you can confuse them it will cause the same effect as Stop which gives you pretty much enough time to heal and buff up completely.
3x Rav to get them staggered, then switch to 2x commando 1 Rav, if you got the correct debuffs and buffs up you will get to 999% stagger and be hitting insane damage. Before the stagger drops you want to have Fang do Highwind. Usually this works and far as i know its the only way, but its not going to play smooth every time, just keep redoing the fight if it does not work out right.
i used an elixir to defeat him to get the trophy...yea if u got enough traps and dont need to farm long gui just use it I say.

All good but I don't recall being able to confuse them/daze them. You can cast slow and poison which helps a lot but daze only works on the smaller ones.

Umm this strat i gave will work, but its for a different enemy. Poison is the key to these.
