Arcade version? Pro Evoultion is the most accurate simulation of football you can buy imo. For example, in Pro Evolution you are required to be in the right position with your weight balanced correctly in order to pull off an accurate shot, pass etc. In FIFA you press a corresponding button and canned animation does the rest for you. That sounds pretty arcadey to me.
