This has probably been asked a million times but I felt like putting up a poll to see what people think.

What is your fighting game of choice?
Go ahead and give reasons if you like, just wanted to see what the majority of people on the PS3 like fighting wise.

I was a diehard Mortal Kombat fan when it first emerged but since then I have become a loyal Soul Calibur player.
I love the character models as well as the weapon mechanics, its all around my kind of game.

Tekken after playing Tekken 3 I liked the series, before that I wasn't into fighting games until a Friend of mine brought to me and told me to try it out and it was great I like the gameplay and the characters.

I'm more of a King of Fighters guy. It's got a fair bit of movement options that can keep a match fast paced (running, low hop/jump, rolls), and the 3-on-3 fighting keeps interesting and varied. The last few main games have also included super cancels and dream cancels, which are always fun to pull off at a critical moment. I also just like the varied character designs.

Well for me Tekken is the total winner since tekken 3 i've played every tekken game, and since mortal kombat is going on a downhill path it isnt my time of thing anymore IMO deadly alliance was the last great game they made... And SC, well i've never got into SC i dont know why but in comparison to tekken it aint that great.

KoF and Street Fighter were the two fighters I could never really get into. Of course I completely sucked at them, so I am sure that didn't help my mentality. I am reeaaally looking forward to Street Fighter 4 though, it looks like it can take the series above and beyond what it currently is. Couple more days till SCIV....YAY!

I don't like fighting games but if I bought one, it would definitely be the Dragon Ball game.

I like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, and Soul Calibur. I played Tekken but never liked it.

Killer Instinct, Killer Instinct Gold and Marvel Vs Capcom 2 are the only fighting games i like.

Marvel Vs Capcom 2 is one of my favorite game of aaaaaall time. Me and the guys still bust out the Dreamcast to play it every now and then. Ken, Venom, and Morgan baby!

Tekkens the best fighting game Ive seen out of all the other ones. Tekken 3 is what got me into the series,best game ever for me :D

Soul caliber > DOA > Tekken > Mortal Kombat > Street Fighter

Tekken may go up to 2nd if 6 is good, i havnt really played tekken since tekken 3 so it cant be 2nd for me yet!

Soul Caliber and Tekken tie for first Battle Arena Toshinden was great aallothers pale in comparison to Tekken aand Soul Caliber
