Final EPIC Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 trailer before release

The game is getting ready for release and if this final trailer is anything to go by, the game is going to be the ultimate Ninja experience ever! No I mean NO Hack n' Slash fan can ignore this masterpiece of pure action mayhem. The game is going to be released 29th September in America and a week late in Europe. I have been starving for an action game like this and it's definitely going to take my mind off God of War 3 for the mean time, and then there's Bayonetta :D

Sigma's camera system is way better than the original Xbox version.... and lets hope Team Ninja improved even better in Sigma2.

Humm. Ill keep an eye on this one. But not sure might pick it up at a price drop. But we will see.

Yep, Sigma actually lets you have the control of the camera and luckily most of the big battles took place in wide area ^_^ Now the game is no walk in a park even on the normal difficulty. >_

The new content looks stunning, this is what th NG2 should have been from the beginning. Im drooling just thinking about it, I love hack 'n slash games and the NG series is definitely up there, in fact it has taken over DMC second place spot, God of War still top because it just wins in every criteria including story which I hold really highly after gameplay.

I'm on my last ps3 controller, so I hope I don't break this one over NGS2...lol

lol lets hope NGS2 isn't too frustrating, but then again I have completed DMC3 in DMD mode with S rank on each level 8) The trick is to cry in a corner when you get angry or pissed and then come back stronger then ever!

Man the trailers look good but still not sure if i should pay full price for this :(..will wait till its released i guess and see..and psp Go is releasing close as well with all the ps3 exclsives :(.. no fair October will hurt my wallet :P

I am personally still quite upset about the dumbing down of the gore so they can sell more copies in the pacific...sellouts.

Now I know you are all going to say that its the gameplay that matters...and while I do agree with you (and I love the gamesplay and fluidness) I personally feel that blood and gore have ALWAYS been a HUGE part of the Ninja Gaiden games!

Things is, Ninja Gaiden has always been gorey. They should just provide you with an option to turn the gore DOWN or OFF. Why take it completely out of the game? I have played NG and NGS and both games are no where near as gory as NG2, I don't know what game you were playing but gore has never been a trademark of NG unlike the difficulty and lightening fast gameplay. The only reason Itagaki used excessive gore in NG2 is because he was influenced by Gears of war, so he used decapitation moves and lots blood to one-up the game. Personally I like seeing blood in a game but it's not something I am fussy over, unless ofcourse it was God of war.

Well, constant gore isn't great all the time. But having said that, there should be principles of at least a little "realism". If you're slicing someone with a sword, chances are, blood's coming out. If people don't want blood. Maybe they shouldn't be playing violent combat games. It's as easy as that.

Oh yeah NG2 was def more gorey than NG and NGS. But NG and NGS still had enough blood. NGS2 may have a little blood, but most of it is flipping covered up by these stupid arse coloured streamers...

I mean come ON, you do know you are essentially slicing arms and heads off of people, cutting them in half....They clearly sold out so that they could sell more copies of the game. No chance NGS2 gets rated M in the pacific if its like NG2, more likely it would rate as an AO game. Not something alot of retailers in the pacific will carry. Thus less sales...thus the reason for the blue streamers...they sold out.

Sigh, atleast we still have the lighting fast gameplay (lets also not forget how smooth it is too!!!!).

I'll try to stop ranting on this subject though since it clearly isn't going to change anything lol
