Final Fantasy VIII? PSN

Ok I was happy with the Release of FFVII for Playstation 3 but I'm hoping for FFVIII to be released has Anyone heard anything about this? (I'm hoping they post up on Playstation store all the past Final Fantasies but VIII is my biggest interest)

Only reason why FFVII happened was because Sony had publishing rights.

SE probably would rather save it up so in the future they will find a way to put 50 dollar price tag without doing much work (i.e Chrono Trigger for DS)

I purchased VII a month ago with a $20 PSN gift card. I still have $10.01 left to spend and I'm saving it for FFIX. VIII is good and I almost finished it until my save was corrupted with an hour left to go in the game and I can't get myself to finish it again. I never played much of IX so I'll wait for that one to come out.
