have not seen anything on this as a topic so sorry if old, but its confirmed PS3 only plus last game in series and kojimas last game is what i saw i hope that wasnt true.

Kojima said it was his last MGS game, it doesn't mean he won't go on to do other series.

cool i just kind of read it that was last in series and his last game is how it looked, cuz it would be a shame for him not to make more gamesKurupSoldr

Kojima said it was his last MGS game, it doesn't mean he won't go on to do other series.

It just means that Kojima will/might not be involved in the future MGS projects. There's no way Konami will stop making MGS games. However, I did remembered that Kojima saying the same thing for MGS3 but at the end, he was invoved with MGS4. :D

What they said was that it was exclusive for THIS year. They didn't say it was exclusive period. Even if it was confirmed to be multi plat it still wouldn't see the 360 this year. Most likely 6 months to a year from now. The press conference didn't confirm anything other than it's being released in 08.

Even after he said live it was exclusive to the PS3, you still say it's possible that it could go to the 360. And they didn't say anything about it being exclusive for only this year

i'm curious to know what he means by last game in series. coz there is a lot of potential for different types of games set in the mgs world with characters other than Snake. i would love a WW2 era game with the Boss. WW2 MGS style would be crazy-crazy

Yea man. He's suppose to do ZOE 3. It wont probably be shown until next years E3, but I'll be waiting.
