Firmware 2.40 causing web browser issues?

I am not sure if any of you have noticed but i seem to have constant freezing when using my web browser. Its fairly noticable when watching movies on Youtube, etc.

Yeah my PS3 freezes quite often when im using the browser, but its always done that. In fact, in the 8 months I've had it, the only reason my PS3 freezes is because of the browser, it has never frozen in game.phil_87
