I downloaded 5.0 through the psp on release day, but up until now i havent tried to display the psp screen on to the TV. (I have the cable that used to display the picture througt the tv, what ever that cable is called, i get confused) But today when i tried to display the psp screen through the tv it is still the original 1/3 of the screen and not the full screen that is mentioned in the firmware features on yourpsp.com. And i dont have the full qwerty keyboard still the original text like keyboard. I have the other features like the PS Store. Does anyone have any idea what is happening?? If you can understand the above. Have anybody else had this problem??

not sure about the tv thing as i havent tried it. (its a portable device afterall) But the qwerty keyboard is there. When you go into your text entry where you find the old keyboard, press select to bring up the qwerty one. happy typing...

Hmm, seems like a lot of problems are popping up with 5.00.

The new keyboard doesn't work during gameplay.

Also, only PLAYSTATION ONE games (plus the XMB) can be full screen on a TV.

The "New" Video mode (full screen) is for PLAYSTATION software, NOT PSP or PLAYSTATION PORTABLE software.

In only works for Original PSOne games you downloaded from the PSN.
