hello im geting a ps3 for christmas (a lilttle pricey gift for my self lol) along with a new xbox (elite:)) and maybe a wii if i can get one (plz game gods make the shops have stock lol) and was just wondering what game should i get ? i was thinking of maybe get 2 pre owned games or 1 new game due to lilttle amount of money left lol

Kind of an impossible question to answer without telling us what kind of games you like. A great launch title is Resistance: Fall of Man. Some others are Ratchet and Clank, Motor Storm, Virtua Fighter 5, and Assassins Creed. All different genres so you choose what suits your liking.

i like all types of games also iv got a 360 so if a game is avalible of both consoles iv already got it lol ...tar

I'll second the nomination for Resistance: Fall of Man. I'm sure you can get that preowned on the cheap. Also try Ninja Gaiden Sigma if you haven't played Ninja Gaiden 1 or Black. For your new game, I'd have to recommend Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. I tried to list exclusives since you're also getting a 360. Call of Duty 4 and Assassin's Creed are both stellar games, but they are 360 and PS3. I would suggest COD4 on 360 because of Xbox LIVE, but that's just me.

Resistance although it is a little older is probably your best bet. It has a strong single player and excellent multiplayer. There isn't anything quite like it yet on the PS3 in that reguards yet and there probably won't be until Haze is released(in early 2008 unfortunately)

my opinion is that resistance seems to be a bit old nowadays, it's outdated, but it is still a great game. If you want something newer, go for Call Of Duty 4, it is awesome. Then you also have Uncharted.

Mass Effect for 360, Uncharted or resistance for PS3. And i guess mario or soemthing for the wii

Really? Old after 1 year? What is old about it? You can do up to 40 players online and it is quick paced action.

WELL I HAVE 6 GAMES FOR MY PS3 AND I ENJOY ALL OF THEM BUT IF YOU LIKE FPS, I WOULD GO WITH CALL OF DUTY 4.

IF YOU LIKE SPORTS, THE TIGER 2008 OR NBA 2K8. BUT IF YOUWANT SOMETHING REALLY GOOD HEAVENLY SWORD!! BUT COD4 IS THE BEST FPS I'VE EVER PLAYED.
