ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzz Sorry, just woke up fromtrying the demo again. Use caution with what I post. I cant stand RPG's so judge for yourself. Just make sure you down a 6 pack of redbull first.

uhh the demo was actually good! I didn't know what to make of this game then I played the demo and I really want to pick it up now. Famitsu also reviewed it well over in Japan, mostly 8s and 9s out of 10. I'm thinking this'll be a sleeper hit.ajefferism

Ok, as corny as that was, that made me laugh :lol:

The demo was tight, and while the game isn't worth a full on $60, it's worth a good $40.

Agreed, though the American box art is not half bad either. All three box arts prominently display the awesome monster designs in this game. The EU would probably be the best one with US second and the JP third. The JP boxart looks to similar to Enchanted Arms' boxart IMO.

Doesn't that furry red thing kinda look like that monster from "Where the Wild Things Are" ? C'mon, I know everybody remembers that book and thought the same exact thing.

Yet another CRAP US cover to add to the dictionary-like list. When the hell will they learn. As if all the stupid changes SCEA made to the game were not bad enough. I mean, why change the name from Folksoul to Folklore? That's stupid! The boss enemies are called "Folklore" in the Japanese version but it is called "FolkSOUL" because it is about DEAD SOULS!! Not to mention changing the name of the village from "Limerick" to "Doolin" and adding badly edited dialogue changes because of it.

Geez I thought the days of edited and changed Japanese games were (THANKFULLY!) left behind with the Mega Drive/SNES/early PS1 days! Thank God I only buy Japanese games.

And changing the town's name from "Lemrick" to "Doolin"???

I really like all the imagery and dreamy atmosphere of this game. I play table RPGs with friends and I will surely use elements or even the full game for a RPG, the creatures and their habitat is sooo nice!
