Where the hell did you find it for $15? I'm assuming thats not Canadian prices. I bought mine for $54.99 used. I just found out a couple days ago that it dropped in price by 10 loonies. Back to your main question, the game is under rated for sure. It's an amazing game, great story and fun as hell gameplay. Definetly one of the best uses of the SixAxis.
I don't think the game was underrated. The story was amazing and the concept of the game was fantastic however, the journey had a few major flaws that held it back from being great. This game could have really used voice acting. I know that doesn't sound really important but it really bothered me! Also I found the battle system kind of tedious ( but not broken by any means), and the camera was a real pain in the a@#. I would be interested in a follow up game to Folklore either way but I agree with the reviews that this game was really good but not Great! Especially if you paid $70.00 dollars for it like I did!
It has a great storyline, interesting characters, a beautiful art style, lots to see and do, interesting and well thought out boss fights, excellent use of the SixAxis motion controls, a good bit of good DLC, and overall, I think it's an excellent game.
