You get 2 weapon attachments on your primary and secondary weapon. There's a lot of scopes, there's a bipod, grip, laser sight, and two different suppresor types, a grenade launcher, and probably something else I'm missing. But yeah, while there might be like 6 locations to attach stuff to an M4, you can only have 2.Kougaiji
I'm actually very pleased to hear that. In SOCOM 3 you could only attach 2, but 2 is more than one. Too bad COD4 only allows one.
Thanks for the info :D
Yeah you can sprint with the R2 button on the default set-up. But while sprinting you can't shoot.DARKCHOAS
i have also noticed its much hard to manuever you guy while sprinting if trying to go left or right but jumping seems fine and straight ahead is good

It's usually harder to turn in a lot of games while sprinting.
[QUOTE="Denji"]As far as I remember, it's the same. Assault Rifles get 2 attachments while some primary weapons get one. Side arms are always one.naz18h
I know for sure you can put 2 attachments on some pistols, might even be for all.
The only pistol you can't put two attachments on is the Desert Eagle.

Thats understandable.
ya a navy seal is not gonna sprint and that stuff its about stealth.Nick3306
I bet if a Navy Seal is gettin shot at he'll run, lol. I think any game shoud at least have the option to run, I like COD's speed, I hear a lot compaining about how slow Socom is so maybe they'll listen to the beta testers and add running.

No, the core game is done. The beta test is to test their servers and to fix bugs and issues. If they were to go back and add running, it would be delayed. It's going to be released Oct 14th.
Besides, Socom is based on realism. There's no super human guys who can jump 10 feet high and run at 60kph. It has real world constraints. If you're carrying all that gear, you ain't running all that fast either.
