Free Game Download Question

I recently purchased my new God of War Edition PSP when I was in Hawaii for vacation and it came with a free voucher for a game. I followed the instructions and downloaded the game but it gives me the .XPD file that my computer cannot read.

What do I need to do to transfer this file onto my PSP so I can play it?

How do I transfer videos to my PSP. I open up the memory card using My Computer, click on PSP, but theres no VIDEO folder. I even tried creating my own VIDEO folder and putting my videos in there but when I try opening them on my PSP they don't show up.
