Free PSP Games!!

Ok, I don't know if this is against the rules if so please delete mods, but I am just asking something:

I heard a site where you pay a one time membership fee, and you can get all the psp games for free!? how is this possible!?

Is this illegal/ I have a 2GB Memory Stick, would downloading games like Monster Hunter 2 or so be enough?

How long do the downloads take? I don't want to wait 4 hour days for a download....

Any of you use it?

but if ur willing to take a chance games can take anywhere from 99MB (Street Fighter Aplha 3) all the way to 2.5GB (God of War chains of Olympians or wateva)
