i don't think it has but im looking to add people to my general ps3 friendlist, you know, writing messages and seeing what they are playingjp6666
That's just sad. Every game should have a friend list or better yet an integrated friend list. If someone is already playing a game they cannot see your messages.
Man I used to rule on this game. Now I suck. Felt like my controls were delayed a bit? I need a arcade controller. And the fights go qiuck, man I dont remeber them ending that quick. That must have been a lot of quarters back in the day. But so far its cool. I got a win with though with Baraka and do his fatality which was cool, his is easy, hold block

no whats sad is that there is a friends list oh and you know what... it is the integrated friends list from your cross media bar so you can invite anyone from your friendslist, it even has it where you can send the invite to more than 1 person at 1 time.... sheesh people like to talk smack when they dont even own the game.... FRIENDSLIST - CHECK

Yeah I agree.
I was pleasantly surprised to see MKII make full use of the friends list. It's not as integrated as XBL's FL, but it's better than RFoM's FL.
i can invite people from the ps3's friendlist, but i can't seem to add people that i have played on mk2 anyone know ?jp6666
Yeah, they don't show up as "players met" for some reason. I also saw no way of inviting them as a friend, nor seeing the name of the person you were playing when in-game. After the main menu it goes straight to game, it should have a little over-gui that shows the 2 player's names (i'm playing SDTV right now so maybe the HD version has it). All i've seen is the ability to invite people from your xmb friends list which is a great feature. Too bad I didn't realize how it functioned when a friend invited me. I exited the game to see his message and I coulda opened the invite in-game.

No, just keep scrolling down past your FL. You can invite players you just met.
I was surprised to see that feature.

Oh nice, I saw the names at the bottom of the list but I figured they were an extension of the xmb's "recently met" players and not from mk2. I checked my recently met part of the xmb and all were from resistance, none from mk2. I gotta read the names that show upa t the bottom of the invite list. That's an interesting find.
