Future MGS projects hinted in MGS4 (Possible Spoiler)

I'm sure this is very old, but during one of the beginning cut scenes, I believe when Snake is speaking to Debrin about how metal gears (war machines not the game) came into development, they show a list of all consule released Metal Gear Solid games (excluding handhelds titles), starting with "Snake's Revenge" for NES all the way down the line to MGS4. If you pause the cutscene, you'll see that Kojima (as brilliant of a developer as he is) hinted 2 more installments by showing 2 empty boxes with question marks on them listed after MGS4. Shall we be looking foward to 2 more installments of MGS? Being that handheld MGS titles weren't listed, that'll cross out Peace Walker but can one of those two be Risen?

If there are going to be 2 more MGS installments, I would rather Risen not be one of those titles, and wait for PS4 to release the other two. Damn Hideo Kojima and his dirty hints!! >:o)

Meh, I'm done with MGS anyways. Let's have it end with four, the way it should be.

I haven't finished 4 yet, because I don't want to start it and then get interupted like halfway through and have to go do something else.

From what I understood, Risen is not cannon to MGS, so far only Peacewalker is all we know.

That was not Snakes Revenge. They had the MSX Metal Gears in that cutscene.X_CAPCOM_X

Snake's Revenge? Wasnt that the fake MG game created by americans to profit on the success of MG?

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater

Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots

And the 2 new ones are:

Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker

Metal Gear Solid Rising

So, if there were 2 games to be announced, those 2 would be. MGS PW is going to launch in March this year, Rising still has a TBA date
