I got an email from Gamestop earlier today. Just a FYI it looks like Gamestop is running their promo for $100 off PS3 with PS2 trade-in again. Seems like a great deal.

Lol wow I'm surprised someone would do that. Did you convert from the Wii60 camp or something? Should've just saved up to buy Ps3 this fall with the good games and kept other systems imo.

I got this deal when I got my PS3 20GB, ended up trading a few games too and got it for a little over $300!

How much do they give you for a PS2 regularly anyway?

is Gamestop/EBGames doing this everywhere around the country or just in some States?

Just called my local Gamestop and they don't have this promotion offered.  

I believe it's nationwide, I got the notice in one of those generic emailings then send to the whole internet universe.

I'd call and imply you got the email and see if they will honor it if you go in. I'd send it to you but it's already been deleted :(

This is a good promo.....i've had mine since launch...but anybody who is looking to save some money on the ps3 should do this....if i didnt have mine i would jump on this promo...im pretty sure u cant get more than 50 or 70 bucks for the ps2 now and days....so yea sounds good....
