Game Advice

Hi

I just got a PS3 a week ago, along with RFOM, which is a blast online and offline. But, I'm thinking of maybe getting another game once exams are over (end of april), just so I have an alternative game. I need some advice. 

I really liked need for speed most wanted on the ps2, is carbon any good (the reviews aren't that great)? I'm sure EA will be releasing a sequel soon, maybe this year?

I was looking at calling all cars, but that's not a full fledged game and RB6 vegas got great reviews on the 360, but it keep getting pushed farther back. 

Not really into Oblivion and the motorstorm demo left me wanting more, it was kinda boring.

Any suggestions? Should I wait it out for RB6 or maybe even ghost recon, and get calling all cars in the mean time?

Not really into Oblivion and the motorstorm demo left me wanting more, it was kinda boring.

I'm really surprised with it. It's a lot better than I thought. The controller works great, but I'm still trying to get used to the L2 and R2 buttons. The wireless works perfectly, the online has ZERO lag, it's amazing, smoother experience than on my PC. RFOM is a great game, really good, not a classic like Half-Life or Halo, but a great game none the less. If you have already have a 360, you could always wait till Fall, cause that's when I believe the PS3 will really shine with games. If not just grab one now, it's expensive, but I think it's worth it.

Btw, i'm playing on a non-HDtv and i still find the gfx are great, though i value gameplay over graphics any day.

What I meant by that was the gameplay mechanics. Not enough depth in the game. I know it's just a demo, but games like Need for Speed offer different race modes, customization, etc. 

That was just my impression though. Is motorstorm actually worth a purchase in your opinion?

Dunno, I got it free with my PS3. I was gonna buy it before though, now though, I'm kinda glad i got it free, it's not really worth £50
