Game Problems

can anyone give me any help or tips,i recieved a psp today for x-mas and it doesn't read my games,

The first game i tried was tekken it worked at first but then it just went blank and whenever i insert another game the umd spins but after a few seconds it stops then after 5 minutes the error message appears please can anyone help thanks

this is a problem that would be best resorted by Sony, meaning that you'll probably end up having to get a new psp, and most-likely at their expense
