My birthday was today and I got lots of money from family and friends. I haven't really been looking at PSP games, but I was definitely thinking of buying one. Any recommendations you can give are appreiciated, and I thank you in advance for your time and opinion.

Oh, and also, no M rated recommendations. Not 18 yet :( , or else I definitely would have gone with God of War. So, any T or even E games that are similar to God of War would be good, or any of your favourite games.

I had the same problem as youwith god of war. I was only 16. So I bought Ghost Rider for the PSP. Its rated T and it is actually better in my opinion than GoW:CoO. Ghost Rider handles almost exactly like GoW and it has 10 times as much stuff to do.

I have both games (Even though im only 13) and i must say Ghost Rider is good for a licensed game, but God of War: Chains of Olympus is freakin amazing!

Other good PSP games: Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters, Secret Agent Clank and Rock Band Unplugged

It depends... If you like music/rhythm games, skip Rock Band and check out the DJ Max series.
If you want something action-RPG-ish check out the excellent (though difficult) Monster Hunter Freedom Unite; or perhaps the technically impressive Crisis Core.
If you want a sport game, I would get Pangya: Fantasy Golf.
And if the anime atmosphere intrigues you, and you don't mind sedately paced games, you might check out Riviera or Jeanne d'Arc.
Or if you want something scary, get Silent Hill: Origins.
Finally, if you like racing, pick up WipeOut Pulse.
