Game that took you a long time to decide whether to buy or not then...

...it was so good you should've bought it earlier? How long was the decision making process?

Mine are:

Rogue Galaxy - 1 month

Oblivion - almost 2 months

Hitman Blood Money - few months although it was actually Hitman Trilogy I bought. It suddenly came out while I'm deciding whether to get Hitman BM or not.

Dark Cloud 2 - almost a year because it was also hard to find. I finally found 1 last week and bought it yesterday. I haven't played this game, just tried it and it was already great! I'm still playing SW TFU and next is R&C TOD. I can't wait to beat these 2 games!

Final Fantasy knew it was around for a long time can't remember for how long.Then i watched final fantasy VII Advent children and a few weeks later i bought FF-X and I'm now among the FF fans quite strange if I might say so myself :)

Oblivion didn't take long.

KZ1 its got so many "okay" review that i held off, i bought used months after and loved it! cant wait for KZ2!!!!!!

I didn't play any of the MGS games until a couple of months ago.

Now I'm thoroughly convinced that Kojima is one of the greatest storytellers of our time.

Almost all my games have taken at least a month to decide getting (95% of them).

I am very careful when picking games.

I will also like to tell you that Dark Cloud 2 is a phenomenal game. After you get past the first chapter, everything really lights up. The story is a bit slow but I beg you to stay with it till the end. I love everything about that game and it was my first RPG that got me hungry for the genre (damn the PS3's lack of RPG's!). I will never forget the scenery and the music of that game. I really hope Dark CLoud 3 comes for PS3.
