Judging by the sig you really don't want to know.
But in case you do Uncharted, R&C, Resistance, warwhak, HS and others are waiting for you.
I was going to get Oblivion and COD4 on XBOX 360....Krynk
From what I've read, Oblivion runs better on the ps3 than the 360. And CoD4 is virtually identical. I guess you are getting them for 360 for the achivement points? Anyway, multiplats aside, and just going by games I have, Resistance, Heavenly Sword, Folklore and Warhawk are all excellent. Uncharted looks good, but I don't have it, so I can't say.

I have owned both the PS3 and 360 versions of Oblivion, both the originals and the GOTY editions, and I can tell you from personal experience that the PS3 version of Oblivion: GOTY is vastly superior to the 360 version.
It loads faster, the textures are much sharper, the draw distance is longer, the colors are richer and more vivid, the sound is crisper and the texture detail goes much further into the distance on the PS3 version of Oblivion: GOTY. I have logged just under 600 hours between all versions of Oblivion and I can confidently say the PS3 version of Oblivion: GOTY is easily superior.
As for CoD4, I have the PS3 version and I've seen the 360 version played and they are identical in graphics and sound. If there is any difference I don't think most people could spot it.
EDIT: The only thing the 360 version of Oblivion: GOTY has over the PS3 version is the shadows. On the PS3 version, the shadows have some jaggies around them, where as the 360 version does not. This is only on the GOTY edition for the PS3, which is the version I suggest getting.
The shadows are a bit ugly, but a small price to pay for how much better every thing else is on the PS3 version of Oblivion: GOTY.
