Games I download, what happens if the unexpected happens?

OK If I get a PS3 and buy and download Tekken5: Dark Ressurection and my PS3 hard drive crashes or it breaks. If I get a new one, do I have to pay for that game again? Or can it be easily re-downloaded to another PS3?

Your Tekken game will be linked to your account and thus you don't have to pay again to redownload it.

Absolutely correct.  Hence how you can "share" this with a friend.  You get 5 downloads of each game you buy.

you get 5 downloads INCASE that happends you share all 5 and lose your hardrive you cant redownload it

I got that part, I mean how does it ACTUALLY work? In other words, how can you share it? Say I buy the game and dl it, I still have 5 copies. How do I share it exactly? Do I logon to a friend's PS3 with my login and then I can download it to his PS3, and he can keep the game?
