games that need trophies!

Okay, i think that games like Ratchet and Clank TOD should have trophies, Skate should have them as well.

And what about all the Lego games? They need them as well.

Anyway, do any of you know how to contact Sony to put in a request? Because one of my friends did that, and a week or two later, the update came for the game. Weird.

Anyway, which games, do you think need trophies?

I'd love some of my favourite games like MGS4 to get trophies cuz it gives me a reason to come back and play them after I've beaten it, also a nice sense of achievement. However they are not essential and old games won't get them.

i keep thinking it wouldnt be that hard to patch the game with trophies but i could be wrong.

Knowing Kojima, there will be a MGS4: Substance-style title that improves the game and will definitely include trophies too!!

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

Developers need to know that they can blow life back into the sales of some of the earlier games if they go back and put trophies in them. I'd even play to finish Haze.

MGS4, DMC4, SSF2THDREMIX. Give me another reason to pick up and play Konami, and Capcom.

I think it's kinda lazy for developers to not implement trophies for their earlier games. I can understand not doing it if they're working on a game at the moment, but once they finish that game and it ships I'm pretty sure they could spend a week or two just focusing on putting in trophies for their old games. I think I remember hearing that it only took 4 weeks to port God of War to the PS3. If that's true, then it should take a lot less time to patch in trophies.

Then again I don't develop games for the PS3 so it could be a lot more complicated than what I'm giving them credit for. All I'm saying is that if they have a couple of weeks off after they just published a game they should go back and focus on improving their older titles if there's a demand from their fans.

DMC4 because it already has awards in the game which could easily be trophies!

I never understood why trophies were never patched in for MGS4.. they already have a list of acheivements. simply use that & maybe a trophy for clearing each act, and seeing/hearing all of the memories, and that would be it.. doesnt seem like it would be difficult at all.. but trophies aren't that important anyways, so i guess it doesnt really matter

No game needs them, as shown in the ps2 games none of the had trophies and most of them are the best games ever.

Although MGS4 trophies and TOD and R1 trophies wouldnt be bad.

Any multiplat, they already have the recipe from the 360 for what would be good for a trophy requirement.

It doesn't really matter to be honest. Not having trophies is actually a good thing, because so many people ruin the enjoyment of the game by trying to get a little blue platinum trophy to boast about.

No game needs trophies but I would like to see trophies in Valkyria chronicles and MGS4. Konami have been saying that MGS4 will get a trophy patch but they said that back in August, seriously how long does a tiny patch take? Just copy the MGS4 emblem system into trophies.
