Games You Think Will Fail and Games You Think Will Do Awesome...

Whether its not live up to hype(RE5) or just not sell(. Maybe even sell but after a couple months people start to realise umm this really isnt that great(GTA 4)

For me I believe Bioshock 2 is one of those games that will probably sell well but just wont hit the way the first did and all together wont be near as good at all.....Alan Wake is another one....MW2....Wet...Alpha Protocol

Next is what games do you think will live up to hype(Gears of War 2), sell great(MGS4), be underrated(Uncharted) or surprise everyone....

I think Batman Arkham Asylum and Uncharted 2 will be good....MAG will open eyes...so will FF13....Borderlands...Sabotage...

Games that I think will fail:

• BioShock 2 [ I think that because the first one was so awesome and almost perfect in what it was trying to do, it won't be able to be as amazing a second time; people are skeptical about this one, so much so that its hurting the sequel of the game, a lot of people on a bunch of forums are all saying they will wait for what the reviews and other people say about BioShock 2 before getting it, even when they thought BioShock was the best game they've ever played.]
• MW2 for me [The single player will probably be good, but I see the multiplayer being a rehash of COD4, with new maps and more perks, nothing really new for the MP]

Games that will be Awesome:

• Uncharted 2
• God of War 3
• Splinter Cell Conviction
• Fat Princess
• Brutal Legends
• Batman: Arkham Asylum
• MAG
• Demon Soul's
• White Knight Chronicles
• Dante's Inferno
• Valkyria Chronicles

Modern Warfare 2 will do awesome - it's the sequel to one of the most addictive and equally frustrating multiplayer games of all time that nearly everyone has pretty much sold their soul to.

I think Dark Void is gonna fail pretty hard.

I can't wait for Demon's Souls, it looks awesome.

What game will fail ? Well no idea to be honest, let's hope Ubisoft learned their mistakes with AC 2. :P

Modern Warfare 2 will not fail... Cod 4 was arguably the best online multiplayer game ever (imo it was)... all they have to do is add in more perks/ take out, add in more guns/take out, and make new epic maps... it will sell no matter what.

After the patch I think UFC 09 will be very popular, I got the game it's great except for the things that are being patched soon, mainly the online. What games will fail? That Michael Jackson game people where talking about yesterday and anything with 50 cent in it.Perjury

For me, after an unacceptable amount of frustration with COD4 I hope MW2 fails.I think Infinity Ward is getting too cocky with MW2 and that will show in the final game. Of course, it's no doubt it will probably sell better than cocaine. You'll see people on the streets saying "I'LL SUCK YA D$#% FOR A COPY OF MODERN WARFARE 2!"

It's a shame, all the original games with fantastic art direction get shafted for the next big FPS sequel to another big FPS. Look at what happened to Okami, it was one of the greatest games I've ever played but hardly everyone knows about it. Now look at Halo, everyone and their grandmothers know what that is. :roll:

You guys that are thinking Demon's Souls will be great have nothing to worry about.

For me, I think Uncharted 2 will beat the last one in pretty much every way.

KOFXII will be pretty cool, but ultimately underwhelming after BlazBlue.

I think Dragon Age: Origins, Demon's Souls, and A Crack in Time will all be big hits, at least gameplay wise. I also have no doubt that FFXIII will be awesome. Well, I'll probably enjoy the hell out of it. Can't say the same for you all.

MW2 will sell a ton of copies, but I don't think it will be that great.

Uncharted 2 will own everything :P

I honestly like the look of Bioshock 2, and can't wait for it, but after the first one with that incredible story, I don't think the second will master that.

Assassins Creed 2 and Uncharted 2

Awesome: Uncharted 2, Demon's Souls, VC2(yes I'm hyping already, even with little to no info about it), AC2

yeah i know i said it in my first post but i mean like will the game be good or bad reguardless of sales....like even if it gets a 10 and makes records....looking back do you really think GTA 4 deserves a 10??? i mean SA is way better than 4 dont you think?? on topic moving on im glad everyones pretty much agreeing with me on Bioshock 2 and MW2...i thought i was gonna get cussed out and cause like 50 bans from gamespot lol thank god that didnt happen...

IMO, Assassin's Creed 2 will fail, Dante's Inferno will be a lot better than most people expect.lusitanogamer

I`m really pessimistic about Bioshock 2.

Dantes Inferno and Brutal Legend should be good.
