you can download it again ( and your friend can btw ) but you and your friend cant play the game at the same time, even if you finished playing it and quited the game your friend have to wait for an amount of time before he can play it[QUOTE="aflakian"]

Before you get rid of your current system you need to go to account management and go to system diactivation/ activation.. and then you disactivate it.. then when you get your new system you make your name and go to activate your system.

For most PSN games, this is true.
However, full retail games (Warhawk, Burnout Paradise, SOCOM, Siren, R&C:Q4B) available as downloadable titles are limited to 1 person.Leon_Kennedy1

Anyways, I think this is a bad idea. Sony did not set up the Playstation Network for you to let 5 friends download from you. The system only allows 5 playstations to activated on one account for games and 1 playstation activated for video. So say you let 4 friends download from you and you get YLOD. You're SOL. Calling up Sony and letting them know that you're system bricked and you ran out of activations will not go well. They WILL NOT deactivate those systems unless you can provide proof of purchases for those systems. I'm speaking from experience.

you are incorrect , sony did set up the system so that 5 friends can dl from you , read the instruction book , read the instructions when you dl the game do a google search and watch the video where the president of sony says you and your friends can all share the same dlSometimes its a really bad idea to gameshare and stuff like that. I met this guy on RB2 and he had a good amount of downloaded songs but he said he let one his friends share the downloaded stuff and it screwed up everything. So even thought the song lights up allowing us to play it forces him to quit the song before it loads because something about it not finding the original account or something.

It says you can install the game on up to 5 active PS3s. It just so happens that you can let other people download your games if you give them your account information. Do you seriously think Sony would actively encourage account sharing? You share the games at your own risk. If something happens, Sony isn't responsible...they'll just refer you to the EULA.

If you suffer YLOD this is not an option.
