Ok, so on Black Friday.. I bought 2 used games, got the 3rd free.. I got WArhawk, DMC3, and Jak 3... Although now I kind of regret it seeing as DMC4 comes out soon, and the other two I'm just not that excited for... So If I return them (they are used.but not by me)... can I get in-store credit that I can use in like february... or do I have to just exchange them for a game on the spot?....
I mean, returning a recently purchased used game.. I know, you can sell to the store for way cheap, but I want a refund in instore credit.. if that makes sence..
i know that if you have the reciept you can get your money back without a problem since it's still in the 7 day period, and you can decide whether to pocket the money or leave it as store credit but if you dont have the reciept the only way theyll take the games back is if you sell them to them

**typo correction.. I must be crazy** I didn't think you could return a "used game" within a week for full cash refund. I thought that was only on new games.
I buy used games from Gamestop all the time because they cost a lot less from there than they do from any other retailer and never had a problem with returning something when needed.
This is how it works if you buy used games you have seven days to return them for full cash back, it's up to you whether you want to keep the cash or use it to reserve a game but in order for you to return them you MUST have the reciept. and because you bought two used games and got one free you will only recive what you paid for, which should be the two more expensive games. and if you only want to return one game they will make you pay for the one that was free considering that you're going back on the deal.
Now if you did not keep the reciept they will refuse to refund youre money and you will have to sell them your games back and i'll tell you right now they'll give you close to nothing for those games. But i assure you you have 7 days to return used items for full cash back.
Just take them back. they will take care of you(or should). Even if you do not have the receipt they can look up your purchase in the computer for up to one month.

I played Sly 3...very good game, but I prefer Jak.
