Modern Warfare 2 didn't look that good, graphically or gameplay-wise. It looks generic on all fronts, and the graphics never impressed me in the slightest during the demo.

It's all opinions, and I don't care for the argument tbh. btw, when I said "it didn't look that great" I actually was referring to the game play. Visuals looked good, but a game has to have more than that to be great. For example, the first Uncharted, that game looked good, but I hated the game because I thought the game play sucked.

last guardian was awesome assassins creed 2 looks like more of the same and the engine starting to age if you ask me. i totaly agree uncharted 2 was best in show they had the best art design best characters best graphics and last i heard they were pushing the ps3 to the max on this one using 100 percent of the ps3 power is what i think i heard them say.

I just don't get it. :| yeah i could be wrong but unless you're into action movies like indiana jones (and i kinda see a bit of a bourne vibe in uncharted) then you probably won't be as interested in it as other people. i personally love uncharted and i think nathan drake is probably the most relatable character in a video game. i like the whole epic, action movie feel to it, and this seems basically like an interactive action movie, so that's why i like it.

Like its not taking a lot of tech to make the graphics in uncharted 2? Just because uncharted isnt an open world doesnt mean that it makes it easier.
Didn't comment on how much work went into it, even though I would assume an open world takes more work then a linear experience> I'm just think the tech is more impressive in Assassins Creed to make a huge open world with people with personality constanly moving about, day/night cycle, the ability to climb everything, adaptive AI, thats more impressive to me than the linear set pieces of Uncharted and MW.

Ive been a COD fan from day 1... With that being said it never had THE GREATEST graphics, besides COD4 who at the time excelled. To compare modern warfare 2 and pit it up against Uncharted 2 is insane. The demo looked awesome for UNCHARTED 2, easily beating modern warfare. Modernwarfare didnt even have much to offer... Same blue sheets of ice over and over and over again.

really? i respect your opinion but i have to dissagree. I think it looks good but not as good as uncharted 2 looks
my opinion halos never been that good graphically...as for AC, Uand MW...U is beautiful...you've gotta look past the real feel and more towards actual design...like lets say therea curve in a road well as real as the game looks and/or cartoony...a great graphic games curve will look like this 'U' and a lazy or not really great graphic game will look more like this 'V' i dunno its hard to explain...
