Well i'm finally stepping up from my 360 and i'm getting a PS3. I just got a few questions for you guys!

1. How long is the batterie life on the controller once fully charged?

2. What 2 games should I pick up? (ill be getting it in the summer so there may be new games)

3. Is it worth getting on a SDTV thats arond 480i?

4. Will the blu-ray look better than a Standard DVD on a 1080i tv?

5. Whats your favorite part of the PS3?

Thanks! I cant wait until I get it

1. They say 30 hours, and I'd say its probably pretty close.  I seem to have to charge mine like once every 3 weeks.

2. Depends on what you like. Reply with some genres you like and I'll give ya my opinions.

3. You won't get that high-def clearness, but I don't think you'll be disappointed either.

4. Blu-ray will look a lot sharper than a Standard DVD playing in 480i compared to Blu-ray at 1080i.

5. Mine is finally being able to play online.  Tried it with my ps2 way back when but always had problems setting it up in the first place.

1-the battery life will last for 30 hours per charge.

2-if you will wait till summer you gotta have Ninja Gaiden Sigma for sure a cool game to play.

3-no it is not worthy a 480i.

4-the blu-ray will look far better than the standard dvd on 1080i.

5-the favourite part is everything to ps3.

1. No idea, but it lasts for a while.

2. Virtua Fighter 5, Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection (it's cheap, get it from the PSN store), and Sonic.

5. Everything about it.

Enjoy your PS3!

Ok, if you're going to get an SDTV then get one that at least has the component av input. This will receive a better signal than the regular AV cables that are included with the PS3. You will also need to buy the component av cables, but Sony released a pretty good one that sells for about $24. In the end, I wish my satellite channels looked as good as the games and BRD's on my PS3.

The PS3 can use a mouse and a keyboard for online web browsing. I also know that the Keyboard can be used to navigate the PS3 home screen (music, videos etc)

I dout they will use them in games....but i could be wrong

As ar as i know the Xbox supports Keyboards but not a mouse
