Getting a PS4 at retail?

When do you guys think the PS4 will be easily available at a retail store? Or what would be the easiest way to find one in retail? I wasnt able to pre order one because im a poor college student and just got enough money to afford one, but all the preorders online are long ago sold out.

Again, Sony mentioned that they will have some units in stock on launch day.

You better hope you are at least one of the first 10-15 people in line in order to get a console with out a pre order. My Walmart said they will have at least 20 extras coming. Luckily i got one of the last pre orders in :)!
