I'm finally getting a PSP for my birthday. I'm going with that $200 value pack containing the new ice silver thin PSP, Daxter, Family Guy Freakin' Sweet collection, and the 1GB Memory Stick.
Any other game or accessory recommendations.
I have a PS3, too, so if you have any information about how to connect them and what I can do with them together, that would be great.

Screen protector is a must and they are all pretty much the same. USB cable for downloads from your PC. Memory stick, 4GB is best bet, affordable and big enough for most peoples needs. Case is nice, I have a soft sidedone that holds all my stuff ...hard cases offer more protection but can't hold games and accessories. Maybe a car charger depending on where your using your PSP.
As for games -
RPG: FF Tactics, Jeanne D'Arc
Sports: Hot Shots Golf, Tiger Woods, MLB '07 The Show
Driving: Outrun is cheap and fun, Need for Speed Prostreet
Shooters: Rainbow Six Vegas (also good online multi-player)
Also just my two cents....We can all recommend our faves but everyone's got their own tastes, why not get Gamefly or a game pass at Blockbuster for a month and rent a buttload of games and that way you can really get a feel for the stuff your gonna like, it's gonna cost ya $20 but it will prolly save you money in the long run from wasting money on games that were recommended to you but weren't really your cup of tea. Just a thought.
Also on your PS3...just go to the Sony Playstation website they have a ton of info on using your PSP for remote play.
