Getting a PSP Go soon, Q' about PSN stores

so i wanna buy some games off the uk and usa psn stores, i heard theres some switching i have to do in order to play one region game at a time, what does that mean exactly?

You have to sign out of the UK store to sign in with your US account, also, the UK store only excepts UK credit cards or UK PSN bucks. The US Store only excepts US credit cards and PSN bucks, etc.
