Well I vote Ninja Gaiden sigma, really one of the best action games I have played and looks great as well. If you want to wait a month, then in august we got Lair, Stranglehold, or Warhawk as some good choices as well.
Rainbow 6 and Ninja Gaiden are both good choices and great games. i think R6 has A LOT more replay value and with the online multiplayer that game will definitely keep you playing longer than NG. but you'd be good with either one.
