First game? Modern Warfare 2, Killzone 2, Resistance 2 ( i have bro to play with) only FPS's if you wanna make a suggestion. Thanks.

Games you've mentioned are solid choices for an FPS but you should really consider Metal Gear Solid 4. Its cheap enough these days and is really fun! :)

I'd get Call of Duty: Modern Warfare so you'll be ready for when Modern Warfare 2 comes out and will be cauht up with the story. It'll be more enjoyable and you'll stand a better chance online.

Resistance: FoM for FPS co-op. Also try Army of Two.

2 great FPS's that are very cheap as well you could try would be The Orange Box(Half Life 2+Portal etc) and Bioshock.
