I used to give friends a PS2 game for xmas as there were plenty of HQ games for cheap, but with the PS3 being so new itll take time for the plat series and such to arrive so this year Im giving DLC. Visa has these prepaid cards which you can fill with however much you want, and best of all they work with PSN so all you have to do is slap 20$ in one and give it to whoever and then they can buy whatever they want. Try it out, its cheap, and gives the gift which keeps on giving. Think of the stuff they can get, Maybe a new pack for Motorstorm or Resistance, SuperStarDust HD, Calling All Cars, or even stock up for when Singstars out and buy some new tunes. Its all good.

I dont know if those Visa cards are available everywhere, but I do know they're in NZ at least, they're called "Pressie" cards there.

Don't these cards take a few weeks to get verified? I think I looked it up once and you needed like a month before they would send you the card. I am not sure though. It may be just for the states. I think we have something called green dot.

Not to sure, but getting them sooner than later is a good idea.
