can someone tell me if downloaded games have anything to do with the blu-ray drive because my playstation 3 stopped reading game discs and so i was gonna pass time, while saving money to fix the ps3, by playing demos and full games(warhawk) but now my playstation 3 locks up after showing the playstation 3 sign on the demos WTF!
wow join the club, my ps3 stopped reading discs like 2 weeks ago but i can still play demos and DL games. And DL games have nothing to do with the bluray lense.
You have no idea how pissed I am, my warrantee is up and sony wants to charge me 150 bucks for their crapy bluray lense.
Note this is and increasing problem, everyday i c more and more people with this issue. Sony has to do something!
my playstation 3 hasn't read any discs for 3 weeks but ive been playing demos and it just quit playing demos about 40 minutes ago how are the demos played if not the blu- ray drive
