Well I bought GoW but i dont have a PS2 and Im planning on buying a PS3 when the 80GB arrives , but since it doesnt have the EE , Will God of war work on the PS3 by software emulation?
why don't you buy the 60GB model then you're garanteed that it will work. I am playing God of War 2 on my 60GB, and it is one of the best games ever invented. I heard that the 80GB model will play almost 88% of PS2 games but not sure why only 88%, but I am sure with a very popular game like GOW, you're almost garaunteed that it will work. Try taking the game to best buy and see if one of the employees will let you try putting it in one of their PS3's, just tell him that you might seriously consider buying one if worked :)
