I have just started Gof of war 3 and im finding it quite hard even on the easiest setting, the controls feel somewhat slow and sluggish in comparison to other just press square beat em ups. The glitch i have noticed is that i cant skip the opening Credits (which i think is a little bit pompous, I wouldnt mind reading who made it after playing it to see whether or not it was worth playing, would be nice to be able to jump in the game). Also the context sensitive finishing moves are a little boring in comparison the Dmcs, The other Glitch i found is that if i just press Square Slowly i can keep hitting enemies without them reacting ...which is kinda lame ... although the best 1 button basher i have played in ages :D regards x
In the realm of actual glitches, am I the only one who encountered this? Spoiler-tagged for the ubersensitive [spoiler] When you first come across the statues of the judges of the underworld, there are a pair of red orb chests; I consistently was unable to open to chest on the right. I'd hold R1, and Kratos would do the "open chest" animation but aimed about 45 degrees to the left of the chest, so eventually I had to abandon that chest. [/spoiler]
just so you know you can skip the opening credits when you start the game for your second game startup, its just the first time you put it in the console it shows the opening credits, and yes you cant skip cinematics throughout the game
the glitch i found was that kratos was going through the scenery, this happened to in the section before you fight the fire titan i grabbed a wraith and i went right through...and died even

wow. not one single thing that anyone mentioned has happened to me while playing. and ive beaten it 3 times. the only time there was any irregularity was on my 2nd playthru, when in the chamber of the flame after lowering the sheild arround the flame and pandoras box the camera would pan over to the great chain and just stay there. after 2 more tries of it doing that i went back to a earlier game save and it was fine.
Sometimes I wouldn't be able to open the wings you have so I would fall between crevices. It got really annoying, especially since I was pressing down the button. Maybe it's my controller, but ridiculous none the less.
