Yeah i actually started to grow into the game just few hours ago, well untill i arrived at the Trial of Whatever the name is. Its so hard, its almost as if the developers are trolling us
Anything that really stands out from the rest of the God of War games? I still have a couple of them to catch up on, but I think I already burnt myself out from the series. They're good and all, but I can't help but feel like I'm playing the same game.
i would say the combat is little bit different this time , previous games you dident really have to use all the magic powers you get. Now if you dont your going to get your ass kicked lol :) , otherwise its still same old god of war , blood , violence and nudity galore.
I gotta disagree. The grappling system was cool, but no new weapons- (those lame sub weapons don't count) really hurt this game for me. Hopefully they release some DLC weapons or something. Also need to add variety to the mini game kills. Something I've wanted since Gow1 but still haven't done much to improve.
Graphics were really inconsistent, weakest story in the series, not much enemy variety. I'm not sure how I feel about multiplayer but would have preferred them to add more to the single player for sure.

Not really. The only things you really have to use this time are the items you find (Oath Stone, True Sight, Time Manip)
