God of War Collection or Demons Souls?

Help me out. Just got my PS3 with a few games I've been wanting, and trying to decide on one more...I'm torn between picking up the GoW collection and Demons Souls...thoughts?Dradok_Savareth

I enjoyed both alot however as amazing as GoW is I really think Demons Souls is better and leaves a way longer lasting impression, I loved that game. But in saying that GoW collection is 2 games as opposed to one and this coupled with the fact that if you dont wanna stick in there for the learning curve of Demons Souls then id go with GoW collection.

Demon's Souls is my favorite game for the ps3.. but it's not for everyone.

i can only speak on behalf of GoW since i've never played demons souls

if you want an RPG and from what i've heard a SERIOUS challenge go with DS

if you plan on eventually getting GoW3 i'd say you go with the collection

i think you'll be ok with either game...

Demon Souls.

A heads up though, this game is brutal and unforgiving.

Never played DS, but the God of War collection is good (if you like hack and slash).

Having just recently finished my first playthrough for Demon's Souls I'd have to say God of War. I heard lotsa good things about Demon's Souls, but honestly I simply did not enjoy it half as much as I thought I would. Without going into details, the balance of spells makes the "difficult" atmosphere a big joke at some point.

God of War is a hack n' slash game with loads of fun to be had, it's one of my favorite titles ever and I have played each one of the series at least 10 times.
