Which one do you prefer?

Is this serious? Really? How may I start eveluating this question? Well lemme try:
1. You cannot compare one to another since GoW3 wasn't released yet... GoW3 could even be the flop of the century (it hardly will happen, but...). At this moment any comparison should be adressed towards GoW Collection.
2. DI borrows lots of gameplay from GoW, but fails to deliver in full the only real potential it had (an inovative take on the plot, graphic and ambientation). So, why choose the flawed copy?
3. GoW1 had some frustrating platforming towards the end, repeated enemies a lot (minotaur w/ different color and weapon ins't a different enemy, it's still a minotaur...), and had some minor issues with the controls... so DI "might" become something better if DI2 ever comes out (not that I can see how EA would pull off another story for Dante...).
Well, I'll stop the rant.
If any offence was taken, sorry, but those were my thoughts on this question.
Respectifully,
Igni
God of War III is the obvious answer here. After playing Dante's Inferno I think its safe to say even the God of War Collection is a superior choice. Ask me who I think has the bigger manhood. Go ahead. Ask me.............. DANTE! His junk was the scariest monster in the entire game. There's no way Kratos has something like that up that little skirt of his. :P TheEldestGod
You can see Dante's dangle in the game? God damnit! This needs to stop.

I wish I were lying. I was like, "Hey! You can't have a (other word for rooster) in a video game!" What's worse is its nothing to point and laugh at. Its ridiculously... present. It'll probably point and laugh at you.Obviously. God of War 3 isn't even out and I KNOW it will be a better game. This can't be a serious question

Considering that most of those in this forum is "Kratos obsessed", you'll get mostly get GoW 3 for your answer. No matter which game you try and put it up against. I say try the demo for Dante's Inferno and see if it's to your liking or not.
Dante's Inferno does play like GoW, and GoW plays like Devil May Cry (although many refuse to admit it).
When the God of War 3 demo is better than the entirety of Dante's Inferno then you have to go with GOW3.
Upon checking each post on this thread, I can say that not ONE person here chose Dante's Inferno. And I can't blame anyone for it. Although I do happen to strongly dislike Kratos as a character, his gameplay is solid. Ripped some things from DMC, but it was still ripped from Dante's Inferno. So if I had to choose, I'd choose God of War myself.Considering that most of those in this forum is "Kratos obsessed", you'll get mostly get GoW 3 for your answer.
