God of War, inFamous, and Uncharted are the best exclusives. Other good non-exclusives are Resident Evil 5, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Grand Theft Auto 4, and Red Dead Redemption.
You are being too vague in your description. Telling us what genre you like and what games you already have would give us a better sense of what you're looking for. With all that said, this belongs in the PS3 Recommandation Thread.
