Good Grief, is There ANY GOOD Ps3 News Anymore?

I don't know about you, but I'm fed up with the negative PS3 news everything. There is very little postive about this console anymore. Take a look at recent downers:

Lair - sucks
Heavenly Sword - a rental game

Warner Bros may go exclusive HD DVD

Paramount goes exclusive HD-DVD

PS3 loses Ninja Gaiden 2

UT3 is delayed

Xbox 360 gets plenty of games before us - Medal of Honor, Strangehold, Stuntman, why????

Looks like the only bright hopes the rest of the year rest on Folklore, Drake and Haze. I wouldn't be surprised to see all three games get delayed orcanceled. WE get more delays than releases!!!

I feel for ya but u gotta take the good with the bad. Haze went exclusive. Ya heavenly sword and lair didnt do as well as hyped but im sure there is going to be a God of War III announcement. Killzone demo is also coming out. Theres good news too not only bad news.

you have to look at the bright side. Lair and Heavenly Sword may not have gotten the greatest reviews but both are selling well right now. Plus the PS3 has several games coming up that will give the 360 a run for its money. The exclusive HD DVD parts don't make a whole lot of difference, since it is a gaming console before a video player after all. UT3 might be delayed, it isn't certain yet. Either way, it's still a definite near release, and the PS3 is its lead console. I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be the PS3's Gears of War.

And when all is said and done, MGS4 and future Final Fantasy games are major console sellers.

How about a possible price drop? How about PSN swiftly catching up to XBL? Haze exculsivity as mentioned above... Here's a piece of good news: 360 has nothing to compete with MGS4 and FF13 next year. Go PS3.bsbowman

Or the fact that Sony isn't up to its cha-chas performing repairs on broken units. Or the fact that there won't be hundreds if not thousands of gamers wistfully watching the release of a hot game (MGS4 or FF13) without the use of their console. Something that many others are going through this month.

again... Sony did not lose NG2. NG2 was always going to be a 360 exclusive.

as for good news for Sony:

1) Home will be ready this year.

2) the newest preview of Uncharted concluded that this game will be kick arse.

3) albeit a crappy ranking system (that can be fixed)... Warhawk ROCKS !!!

4) Universal is thinking about going to Blu Ray

things aren't exactly going GREAT for the PS3... but things are definitely shaping up.

have u even played Lair? that game was awesome imo and i dunt think we have lost Ninja Gaiden 2 as much as it is a timed realease. But if you don't like sell your system or give me whatever games you have and stop whining. TheTenn

NG2 isn't timed. its exclusive for as long as MS wants it to be.
