Like the others say, Killzone 2; it is the best online I've ever played on a console.Warhawk is ok, best if you play online + local. (i.e. friends in the room with you playing in a server with other people)Metal Gear Online is pretty good.Resistance 2 can be fun, the co-op is probably the best, though it is fun to switch between co-op and competitive.UT3, but not many play it online.
