Well I can honestly say resistance is a piece of crap, co-op doesn't save it.
Rainbow six vegas and vegas 2 are bloody awesome co-op games, same as Ghost Recon which can be played 4 player co-op.
Army of Two was good, but its the sort of game that you play through once and thats it.
Marvel Ultimat Alliance is great co-op if you like beat em ups, you can even play 4 players.
Might not be what you are after but you can get sports games and play em on the same team on the net or vs the comp. The recent EA Sports games do a pretty good job with co-op this time round.
Pixel Junk Monsters is a pretty unique co-op game.
Super Stardust HD is a fun co-op game if you like old style shooters.
