Got $10 to spend on PSN. Help a brother out.

As of right now I'm torn between Flower for PS4 or Chrono Cross the PSONE classics for PS3.

I've played flower before and it was cool but not necessarily something I see myself getting lost in like the others. But my life right now could use the zen like gameplay. I've always wanted to play Chrono Cross but how does it hold up in 2014? Any game mechanics that are absolutely frustrating by today's standards?

Also open for any other suggestions if you have any.

@blazinpuertoroc: never played flower but Chrono cross is a masterpiece I hear. I have it but never really played it lol.

@blazinpuertoroc: Do you have flower or have you played flower? if you have it on PS3, I think its free to upgrade on PS4.

Chrono cross is really addictive, not sure if it looks visually better on PS4 but its fun nonetheless.

I have Flower for PS4. It's very relaxing to play, but doesn't have a lot of replay value. Definitely worth the $7, but don't expect anything great.

Chrono Cross without a doubt is the better game.

But you should check out the 14 for 14 deals too. Crysis 3 and Enslaved are both $10 right now. I"m gonna buy Crysis 3.

Do you have any game on the PS3 that qualifies for the $10 upgrade? I used the free $10 that I got with my PS4 to do the PS3 to PS4 upgrade of Assassin's Creed Black Flag. I figured why spend another $60 for the same game that can basically be free. It was a great deal.

Crysis 3 is mighty tempting but I heard it had a lot of framerate issues. And I hated the second game but I loved the first one and Warhead.

Leaning towards Puppeteer right now. lol I forgot about that one.

like GTR12 said, if you've already bought flower for ps3 then you can get for free on PS4. in which case, you might as well get chrono trigger.

if you don't already have flower, it's the better game.

some other $10 games i'd recommend: LIMBO, everyday shooter, puzzle agent

@LoG-Sacrament: Nah, i originally played Flower at a friend's house but I never owned it.

Out of the 14 for 14 sale, consider Puppeteer for $7 and - if you have a Vita, Killzone:Mercenary, Spelunky, Thomas Was Alone, or The Walking Dead. All great stuff.

Same here. The second Crysis is kinda bad, but I love the first. Im kinda hoping the 3rd will be more like 1.

I'm playing the downloaded Crysis 3 right now, and havent came across any framerate issues. In fact I like this one better than 1, and I love Crysis 1. I hate Crysis 2 tho. Pretty good game.

@ristactionjakso: I decided to get Crysis 3 on PS3 for 5 dollars. Haven't had time to get into yet. It's hard to play Crysis on a console when I'm so use to on a PC. The graphics are very lacking but I expected that. I couldn't play the game on my PC because I don't have DX11 card.

Have fun man, its a great game. I don't know how you like to play your games but I like to explore every nook and cranny and patiently stalk enemies and plan out my attacks. I really like upgrading the nanosuit too. It's a 9/10 game for me.
