Got Home yesterday... AMAZING

Ok, i will never again look to forums like these for advice on games.. so far everyone on here has been wrong one way or another.. First A lot of people on here said Home was garbage, i get the beta yesterday and i love it! then People said dont buy Motorstorm PR, rented it and now i love it and will get it for christmas.. Whats the deal with everyone hating Home, i know Sony has screwed up but you guys have to learn to be forgiving because home is amazing and they are really trying. Pool plays great, bowling is awesome, the game launhing is awesome and it really feels like a community.. Im loving it so far and to all those that "hate" it, i say learn to have some fun and stop being so seriousCODjon84

Some people will never be satisfied. Most of the people who hate HOME expect it to be a sandbox like game when in fact it's a glorified 3D chat box.

I actually got in the home beta and I think it blows right now. I've been patiently waiting like everyone else and building the hype and now that it's almost here, I don't like what I see. Sony really needs to deliver with what they've promised, especially with 3rd parties. I know it's still in beta form, but there's way too much lacking at the moment. jayblack138

I sold my HOME beta code on ebay, and it looks like it's gonna be selling for $40-50, I'm so happy I decided to not get into HOME, it looks very boring and not much to do if you ask me. And why "shouldn't" we get our expectations high for a game? When Sony's braggin so much about it and people get their hopes up and then it's a failure that's Sony's fault for over-hyping it.

HOME is pretty lame as it now.... there is no customization, not much to do at all.... I did spend time talking to people and playing bowling, but it does become very very boring.... Its still missing the great features it said it will have... Video and music sharing.... customize your home with your own photos.... right now it really just a huge chatroomMacri

from what i can see almost all the ppl that hate HOME doesnt understand that first, THIS ISNT A GAME, like someone said, its like an addon to the PSN, like a gaming chat but with avatars, second, FOR GOD SAKE ITS A BETA, from when in a beta version you can see all the features a software have, plz ppl put a lil bit of logic in thisTIGERLIONX

Yep I agress with 420Token420, and I also know that it is not a game.

Home is still in beta, so it's a bit bare bones at the moment, but I think there is potential for something great because the possibilities are pretty much endless. It's certainly something that will help set the PS3 apart from the competition and is a great way to bring the PS3 community together. It's basically like a forum, but in 3D and with more features.

But, at the end of the day, it comes down to personal preference. You either like it or you don't.

Yes it is, it is tied to the psn you used to download, once you recieve an invitation in one account, you can use it in whatever account you want, but once u use it, it remains tied to that account, doesn't matter if u have other accounts in that ps3, u can only have access in the account u used to download it (i went through that)
